Lemon-Pecan Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.) boxes lemon Jell-O
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice or white vinegar
    2 c. coarsely grated carrots
    2/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Prepare Jell-O with boiling water and salt.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Chill for 1/2 hour.
    Stir and place in mold.
    Let set in refrigerator for 24 hours.
