Dip That Tastes Like Panchos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta (room temperature; has to be Velveeta)
    1 can diced Ro-Tel and juice
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Cube cheese (drop in blender).
    Add all
    other ingredients. Blend until liquified.
    If
    cheese
    is cold, add 1 to 3 tablespoons hot water.
