Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium yellow squash
    1 can creamed corn
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1 stick oleo
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash as usual.
    Saute onion and green pepper in oleo. Mix with cooked, drained squash.
    Beat egg.
    Mix with creamed corn.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with Ritz cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
