Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
6 Tbsp. oleo
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika together.
Cut meat into portions; pound flour mixture into steak and brown in oleo.
Saute onion.
Mix onion, water and sour cream until well blended.
Pour over meat; cover and cook over medium heat 35 to 45 minutes. Uncover and cook until sauce thickens (10 to 15 minutes).
Serves 8.
