Vinegar Pie Crust(Impossible To Ruin!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg (unbeaten)
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour; add sugar and salt.
    Mix together in a cup the vinegar, egg and water.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Mix well.
    Chill 15 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies and 1 shell.
    Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
