Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, tarragon
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. slivered toasted almonds
    1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Mix chicken with all but cheese.
    Refrigerate about 30 minutes before serving.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Put mixture in casserole. Top with cheese. Bake about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
