Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Spread potatoes in 2-quart baking dish.
Combine onion, sour cream, soup, cheese, butter and seasonings in a bowl.
Mix well. Pour over the potatoes; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
