Crock-Pot Barbecue Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. pork roast
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking liquid
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot.
    Pour over mixture of vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.
    Cook for 8 to 10 hours.
    Make sauce with the rest of the ingredients.
    Pull meat apart and add sauce.
