Ingredients

1 lb. dried apricots
1 medium orange
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Grind apricots and orange together in food chopper, using fine grind.
Cook apricots and orange with sugar in top of double boiler until all sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and add coconut. Cool on tray.
Shape into small balls and roll in powdered sugar. Store several days in closed container.
Roll again in powdered sugar.
