Fried Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    okra
    buttermilk
    self-rising flour
    salt
    oil
Preparation
    Cut okra into 1/2-inch pieces. Season with salt. Pour a small amount buttermilk over okra, just enough to make flour stick. Roll in flour until coated well. Fry a small amount at a time on medium heat until crisp and brown. Drain on paper towel.
