Lime-Scallion-Cuke Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small pkg. lime Jell-O
3/4 c. boiling water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sliced green onion (tops too)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped cucumbers

Preparation

Pour hot water over Jell-O.
Dissolve.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.
Pour in Jell-O and stir.
Beat thoroughly.
Add cucumbers and onions.
