Hash Browns Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, broken
    1 c. margarine, melted and divided
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Gently mix together potatoes, 1/2 cup margarine, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Pour mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Combine corn flakes and remaining margarine.
    Spoon onto potatoes.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
