Baked Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    ground nutmeg or cinnamon
    light cream or milk
Preparation
    In a heavy medium saucepan, bring 2 cups milk, uncooked rice and raisins to boiling; reduce heat.
    Cover and cook over very low heat about 15 minutes or until rice is done.
    Remove from heat; stir in butter or oleo until melted.
    In a mixing bowl, stir together the eggs, the 2 cups of milk, sugar, vanilla and salt.
