Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, uncooked
1/2 c. skim milk
1 egg, beaten
vegetable cooking spray
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. canned mushrooms
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Prepare spaghetti as package directs.
Drain.
In medium bowl, blend milk and egg.
Add spaghetti and toss to coat.
Spray 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan with cooking spray.
Spread spaghetti mixture evenly in pan.
