Stroganoff Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
paprika, salt and pepper to taste
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. sour cream
6 slices processed American cheese
Preparation

Press unrolled crescent dough on bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan to form thin pastry.
In skillet brown beef and onion; season with paprika, salt and pepper.
Mix in mushrooms and sour cream.
Spread warm over pastry and top with cheese.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until pastry is baked.
Cut in squares.
Makes 6 servings.
