Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
taco seasoning mix (1 pkg. per lb. meat)
1/2 can enchilada sauce (mild)
1/2 can tomato sauce
1/2 can water (enchilada can)
1 medium onion
Preparation

Brown onion and meat; drain grease.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer 10 minutes or longer.
Have grated cheese, chopped lettuce, tomato and onions.
Spoon sauce over Fritos.
Add salad ingredients and taco sauce to taste.
