Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-5 zucchini, sliced
    1 can diced tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 clove of garlic, crushed
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    1 cup croutons, crushed
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet, add mushrooms and zucchini.\tSaute until tender.
    Add tomatoes and garlic.
    Pour into small casserole dish, top with croutons, sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
