Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 qt. milk
Preparation

Mix eggs, add sugar, salt and flour well.
Add milk.
Cook in a thick, heavy pan on the stove until thickens.
Cook on low temperature and keep stirring so it won't stick.
Makes a good homemade ice cream.
Add favorite flavoring and freeze in freezer.
