Seven Layer Vegetable And Meat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced onions
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt or to taste
1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste
2 c. sliced potatoes
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. diced celery
2 green peppers
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
2 1/2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation

Saute onions and ground beef in skillet seasoned with salt and pepper until meat is brown.
Set aside.
In greased casserole, place in layers potatoes, sauteed beef, carrots, celery, zucchini, green peppers and mushroom.
Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper.
Pour tomato sauce over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
