Southern Ice Cream-Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook the grits in salt water.
    Add butter and grated cheese. Beat eggs and milk together and add to grits.
    Pour into a buttered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 from 55 to 60 minutes.
