Brown Flour Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 qt. milk or potato water
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Dice potatoes and cook with onion until tender.
    Add milk and bring to a boil.
    Brown flour in melted butter in heavy frypan, stirring constantly.
    When well browned, stir into the soup and cook until thickened.
    Season to taste.
    Add eggs.
