Reuben Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

boneless chicken breasts
Swiss cheese
sauerkraut
Thousand Island dressing
Preparation

Put chicken in roasting pan.
Top each chicken breast with drained sauerkraut and Swiss cheese.
Pour Thousand Island dressing over all chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Remove foil and put under broiler for a few seconds.
