Ingredients

1 loaf French bread, 10-12 slices
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Melt butter and put in a jelly roll pan.
Top butter with a mixture of the brown sugar & cinnamon.
Mix milk and eggs.\tDip slices of bread on both sides into egg mixture, put in jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.\tInvert out of pan immediately when done.\t(Can be refrigerated overnight before baking.)\tBest if you line the jelly roll pan with tinfoil first, for easy clean-up.
