Quiche Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. dill
2 c. grated raw vegetables (1 zucchini, 1/2 bell pepper, 1/2 c. broccoli florets, 1 small onion and 1/2 c. grated carrots)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. canola oil
1/2 c. bread crumbs
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 2 muffin pans.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, garlic salt, white pepper and dill, and set aside.
In large bowl of mixer, combine grated vegetables, cheese, milk, oil, bread crumbs and eggs.
Mix together to blend; add the flour mixture and mix just to combine.
Fill muffin pans 2/3 full of batter and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes approximately 18 muffins.
