Raspberry Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O brand raspberry gelatin
1 large can crushed pineapple
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1 large pkg. frozen raspberries
Preparation

Mix raspberry Jell-O, 3 cups hot water and 1 cup cold water. Add crushed pineapple (including juice).
Add raspberries.
Pour half of this mixture into gelatin mold.
Let set.
Spread sour cream on top.
Set an hour.
Add remaining half of gelatin mixture.
