Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    4 whole eggs
    2 c. plain flour (do not sift)
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 small flat can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Beat sugar and oil, then add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
    Add the rest of ingredients to mixture and mix well. Bake 40 minutes at 325\u00b0 in three greased and floured 8-inch cake pans.
