Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. quick oats
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cocoa
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Pour water over oats and set aside for ten minutes.
Cream sugar, brown sugar and butter.
Add dry ingredients, oats and half of chocolate chips.
Mix well.
Top with remaining chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
May be topped with whipped topping.
