Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. canola oil
    2/3 c. honey
    1/2 c. sorghum or unsulfured molasses
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed pumpkin or squash
    2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cardamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all wet and dry ingredients together.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
