Mexican Cornbread Ii - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising meal
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1 c. cheese, shredded
1/2 can cream-style corn
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. ground red hot pepper
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients well. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix and pour into a well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until brown.
