Jalapeno Cheese And Onion Bread(Yields 1 Loaf) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. water, at room temperature
3 1/2 c. bread flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey or molasses
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/4 c. diced sharp Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Preparation

In mixer, place water, honey and yeast.
Let yeast soften. Add at once all the rest of the dry ingredients, making sure salt is mixed into flour before adding to yeast mixture.
(Use dough hook on mixer.)
Add jalapeno and onion.
Continue to mix for 10 minutes on medium speed or knead by hand until it becomes elastic in consistency.
