Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar (omit and add a little salt if sweet pie crust is not desired)
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Blend vinegar and egg in cold water.
    Mix with flour, sugar (salt) and Crisco.
    Chill one hour in refrigerator.
    Roll dough to desired thickness.
