Mom'S Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 egg
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. margarine (rounded)
    1/4 c. water or just enough to mix well
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Grease a 7 1/2-inch round skillet with margarine.
    Sprinkle with meal.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
