La Alicia Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green pepper, chopped
    2 onions, medium chopped
    1/3 lb. oleo
    1/2 gal. tomatoes
    1/2 gal. water
    10 tsp. salt
    10 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 lb. long grain rice
Preparation
    Combine water, chopped pepper, onions, let simmer until tender.
    Put rice let simmer not boil until rice is tender.
    Add other ingredients (large amount).
