Low Cholesterol Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. soda
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add liquid ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured sheet cake pan and bake 20 to 30 minutes.
Add your favorite chocolate icing or eat without icing.
