Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. water
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. apples, peeled and sliced
nuts (optional)
raisins (optional)
Preparation

In very large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add oil, water and eggs; stir well.
Add apples, nuts and raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in greased and floured pan for 40 minutes to 1 hour (depending on the thickness of pan).
Top with glaze of powdered sugar and water.
