Carrot Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    2 large carrots, shredded
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can beef gravy
Preparation
    In a large bowl mix beef, carrots, onions, egg, bread crumbs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Shape into balls.
    Heat oil in large skillet and brown meat balls.
    Add gravy; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes until done.
