Shoney'S Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    1 small box strawberry jello
    2 c. fresh strawberries
    2 baked pie shells
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Cook water, cornstarch and sugar until thick.
    Stir in jello. Let cool; then add fresh strawberries.
    Put in baked pie shells and chill.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Makes 2 pies.
