Easy Crunchy Top Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 c. flour
    5 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. almond or lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Beat eggs with sugar until smooth; add oil, flour, milk and flavoring.
    Blend well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in a greased Bundt or tube pan.
