Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    6 tomatoes
    5 jalapeno peppers
    1 large green pepper
    1 onion
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Boil vinegar to
    reduce by half.
    Chop or grind vegetables. Mix together
    and
    add to vinegar.\tBring to boil, then simmer for 1
    hour.
    Fill Mason jars to within 1/8-inch of top and add lid. Process
    jars
    in
    water
    bath
    for
    15 minutes. Makes 2 pints.
