Farmers Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp margarine
    3 c. loose packed frozen hash brown potatoes
    9 eggs
    3 Tbsp of milk
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 1/2 c. cooked ham diced
    1 c. sliced mushrooms or 2 1/2 oz. jar of sliced mushrooms
    2 c. shredded american or cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large frying pan saute onions, green peppers and mushrooms with margarine for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
    In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, and pepper.
    Add to frying pan. Stir in
    the potatoes, then add ham, and 1/2 c. cheese. Cook until eggs are almost set.
    Then add 1 1/2 c. cheese, let stand covered for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and eggs are set.
