Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 avocados
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. mayonnaise
    4 to 6 drops lemon juice
    1 tsp. salad oil
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced garlic or more
    4 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green chili peppers
    1/2 c. peeled tomatoes, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place peeled and seeded avocados in a bowl.
    Mash with a fork and add remaining ingredients.
    Chill.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
