Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 to 3 c. grated cheese
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown
    beef,
    pour off fat.
    Add celery, pepper (green), onion,
    salt
    and
    pepper.\tPut in greased casserole dish.\tMix milk,
    eggs
    and
    Bisquick; beat until smooth.
    Pour over beef. Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
