Beef Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. top sirloin steak, about 1/2-inch thick
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 oz. apricot flavored brandy, rum or bourbon
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
    1 c. beef bouillon
Preparation
    Cut steak into
    thin
    strips, slicing slightly diagonal from top to bottom.
    Combine
    remaining
    ingredients and marinate steak for about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
    Weave meat onto small skewers.
    Grill about 2 minutes on each side.
