Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. blueberries
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Beat in all other ingredients. Fold in blueberries.
    Makes one 9 x 13-inch or two 8-inch square cakes.
    Line pan with waxed paper and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, then increase to 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes to brown top.
