Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 stick oleo
4 c. sliced zucchini (very thin)
1 c. sliced onions
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil
2 eggs
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Line a large pie pan with rolls.
Spread with mustard.
Simmer with oleo until soft and transparent, zucchini and onions.
Add spices.
Beat eggs and mix with cheese.
Pour zucchini mixture into eggs and cheese and mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut and serve.
