Peach Upside-Down Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/3 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced cling peaches
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla instant pudding mix
    4 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. almond extract (optional)
Preparation
    Combine butter and brown sugar.
    Place in 13 x 9-inch pan. Arrange peaches over sugar mixture.
    Combine all remainder ingredients in large bowl.
    Blend, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
    Spoon carefully into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool in pan 5 minutes.
    Invert to platter; remove pan. Garnish with whipped topping.
