Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix ingredients until crumbly.
    Beat 1 egg in measuring cup and finish filling cup with cold water.
    Pour over crumbly mixture and mix well.
    This dough will keep in refrigerator indefinitely or you can freeze.
    (For flaky crust, use ice water.)
