Baked Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower
    1 c. cream
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 oz. grated sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 soda crackers, crushed
    salt to taste
    dash of cayenne
Preparation
    Separate cauliflower into florets and blanch (8 to 10 minutes) in boiling water.
    Drain and transfer to buttered baking dish.
    In another bowl mix cream, egg yolks, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, cayenne and cheese together.
    Place sauce over cauliflower in casserole and coat evenly.
    Melt butter and mix in crackers.
    Sprinkle over casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
