Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. shredded cheese (your choice)
1 pkg. prepared enchilada seasoning
2 pkg. tortilla chips
1 c. water
Preparation

Cook ground beef; drain grease.
Mix tomato sauce with water and enchilada seasoning, stir into meat and simmer 2 or 3 minutes. Layer bowl with chips, pour half of meat mixture over chips. Pour rest of sauce, sprinkle cheese.
If cheese doesn't melt, either put in oven or microwave until cheese is melted.
Serve with remaining chips.
