Italian Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 clove garlic
4 Tbsp. oil
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. basil or oregano
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 c. macaroni shells
1 lb. cottage cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in oil until soft.
Add tomato paste mixed with water and seasonings.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer 1 hour. Cook macaroni and drain.
Mix cottage cheese, macaroni and sauce in large casserole dish.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until the cheese is all melted.
